Why did my withdrawal fail?

If your withdrawal has failed, it could be due to the following reasons:

β‘  Incorrect Bank Information: The bank details you have provided may be incorrect. Please verify that all information is accurate and up-to-date. If you choose the bank transfer, it must be to a local bank, and all bank information must be provided in the local language.

β‘‘ Unsupported Card Type: Currently, we only support bank transfers and do not accept credit cards for receiving payments.

β‘’ Exceeding Daily Withdrawal Limit: You may have exceeded the allowed daily withdrawal limit. You can try again tomorrow. The daily withdrawal limits for each site are as follows:

SG site: SGD 1000

HK site: HKD 5000

AE site: AED 1500

CN site: CNY 5000

VN site: VND 10000000

IN site: INR 60000

MY site: MYR 3500

US site: USD 200

AU site: AUD 1000

MX site: MXN 12500

TH site: THB 30000

KR site: KRW 1000000

GLO site: USD 200
