How do I change the language settings?

Currently language switching is only available on HK site, which supports both English and Traditional Chinese. Unfortunately, other sites do not offer the option to switch languages. We may consider adding more language options based on customer demand in the future.

For users of the HK site: You can change your language preference by navigating to [Account] >> [Language].

Language Support Across Our Sites:

CN Site: Simplified Chinese

HK Site: English and Traditional Chinese

VN Site: Vietnamese

Other Sites: English

If the language displayed does not match the expected language for your site, it is possible that your app is not updated to the latest version. We recommend updating your app to ensure compatibility and access to all features. Should you continue to experience issues after updating, you may contact our online customer support for assistance. Navigate to [Account] >> [Support] >> [Chat with us]. Our customer support is available from Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00. Inquiries received outside these hours will be addressed during the next business period.
