If within 72 hours, you can reactivate your account by sending an email to [email protected], or by contacting our online customer service through [Account] >> [Support] >> [Chat with Us].
If more than 72 hours have passed, your account cannot be reactivated. In this case, you may register a new account using your mobile phone number.
