How do I request a refund for my deals order?

The refund process depends on the status of your order:

β‘  If your order has not been redeemed: Go to [Account] >> [My Deals], select the order you wish to refund, and click the [Refund] button. Generally, the amount will be refunded to your payment account within 5-10 business days.

β‘‘ If your order has been submitted for redemption but tickets are not yet issued: You can seek assistance via our online customer support by navigating to [Account] >> [Support] >> [Chat with Us]. Please note that since the redemption process has already started, we cannot guarantee that a refund will be possible. If your tickets have already been successfully purchased, even if they have not been delivered to you, they cannot be refunded.

β‘’ If you have already received the tickets: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed once the tickets are issued.
