After you have successfully made a purchase, you can view your orders by navigating to [Account] >> [My Deals]. Select the order you wish to redeem and click the [Redeem] button. Follow the instructions to submit your redemption information. Typically, you need to submit your redemption request at least three days before your travel date. We cannot guarantee successful redemption for urgent requests made within three days. Once the redemption is successful, we will send your ticket or voucher to the email address you have provided, so please ensure that your email is correctly entered and capable of receiving our emails.
