Why was my upload rejected?

Updated over 8 months ago

If your upload was rejected, you can refer to the rejection reasons provided on the upload interface. Common reasons for rejection include:

① Order Not Booked Through azgo: Your order was not placed through azgo's link to a third-party merchant's website or app.

② Incomplete Order Information: Essential details such as the order number and the currency of the order amount are missing.

③ Duplicate Submission: You have already submitted the same order or screenshot. Duplicate submissions are invalid.

④ Non-Cashback Category: The product you ordered is not part of the merchant's cashback categories. You can check the eligible cashback categories and rates on the merchant's homepage.

⑤ Account Mismatch: The account used for placing the order does not match the account used for the upload. Please use the account from which the order was placed to upload your order.

If none of the above reasons apply and your order was indeed placed through azgo and eligible for cashback rules, it is possible that the merchant may have lost track. Please provide your order number or phone number to our online customer service for verification. Rest assured, once we verify that your order qualifies for cashback, we will re-review and approve it.
