Why am I not receiving my one-time password (OTP)?

If you are not receiving a one-time password (OTP) during the registration or login process, it may be due to the following reasons:

β‘  The phone number you entered is incorrect.

β‘‘ You may be in a location with poor cellular reception or signal blocking that prevents the delivery of SMS messages.

If none of the above issues apply and you still are unable to receive the one-time password (OTP), please contact our online customer support for assistance. Navigate to [Account] >> [Support] >> [Chat with us]. Our customer support is available from Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00. Inquiries received outside these hours will be addressed during the next business period.
